  • customer will be contacted in minimum 48-hour time after any claimed issue.

  • If status of a order is ‘delivered’ on database but costumer claims of ‘undelivered’ package, then the issue will be resolved on cooperation with courier and costumer side.

  • Replacement or Refund will not be accepted in case of wrong order claim after using the product. We will not be responsible for any phone damage due to wrong product use.

  • Refund amount may take up to 7-15 days to reflect for any transaction.
